Whether you’ve never touched a rugby ball, played another sport and want to try something new, have played rugby before, or are looking to get back into the game, this session is for you. You’ll get a chance to meet the team, learn the basics, and experience what rugby is all about in a fun and welcoming environment.
We’ll go through rugby fundamentals, drills, and skill stations covering things like passing, ball handling, kicking, tackling technique, and playing as a team. We’ll wrap up the session with a flag rugby game so you can put your new skills into action.
