ANNOUNCEMENT - Surfers Going to 2025 7's Nationals

After achieving an impressive series of first place finishes in various tournaments throughout the Southern California region, the San Diego Surfers Rugby 7's team has officially qualified for the prestigious 7's Nationals! This remarkable accomplishment means that our talented squad will have the opportunity to compete against some of the best teams in the nation in Madison, Wisconsin, on the 9th and 10th of August. This qualification is not just a testament to our skills on the field but also reflects the dedication, hard work, and unwavering passion for the game of rugby that each member of our team embodies.

As we prepare for this exciting journey, we are actively raising funds to cover essential travel and lodging expenses for all of our players and coaches. Being a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of our community, as our team expenses are funded entirely out of pocket through various fundraising efforts and the kind donations from our loyal fans and community supporters. With the entire team making the trip to Nationals, our primary goal is to ensure that every player and coach can focus wholeheartedly on their performance, free from the burden of financial concerns.
